Student discounts can be better than military discounts

Most of us know by now that many companies offer discounts to the military, but there are other discounts you may be eligible for as well. If you have been taking advantage of the free Military Tuition Assistance of $4500 a year towards college classes, then you are considered a student. College students can get their discounts at many companies and sometimes these discounts are better than military discounts.
Spotify right now offers a premium subscription to students for just $4.99 a month. That’s about 50% off the regular price. But they also throw in a free subscription to Hulu and Showtime.
As you can see in the above table, the overall savings is 81% for students. I have found that many software and apps offer better student discounts than military discounts.
