MilitaryCAC.com helps you set up your home computer for CAC access
Brad Baker
If you have been in the military for a minute or two you have learned that all the necessary websites are a pain to access from home. You almost certainly need to sign in using your Common Access Card (CAC) AKA your military identification card. Most of us do not have computers set up ready to use at home that accepts CAC logins. Fortunately you can purchase CAC readers and install the necessary certificates to use at home, but unfortunately, it is a pain in the ass.
MilitaryCAC is the go-to resource for the latest procedures and information for setting up your home computers. However, this site is not the greatest to view and can be hard to navigate. I have put together a guide to help locate the necessary pages to help you find what you are looking for a bit easier.
